"This is a fabulous hotel with a nice room ( Concierge 22nd Floor) and a super friendly staff. My only criticism is that the main floor restaurant caters mainly, as in near totally, to buffet customers, which for me is not ideal. The upstairs restaurant however is superb, especially if you like Canadian lobster. And, it’s priced quite reasonable given the high end fair. I would definitely stay here again."

Special thanks to Yvonne at the front desk and Josephine in housekeeping for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We look forward to returning with our dog on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
